My Approach
Supporting children and adolescents has always been a deep passion of mine. I strive to provide a calm, grounded, and compassionate therapeutic presence in order to help young people navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and thrive in school, relationships, and everyday life. With the right supports, every child has the ability to reach their full potential.
Through a combination of:
Evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Development of practical coping skills
A strong, trusting therapeutic relationship
I aim to help your child not only grow, heal, and thrive, but also build lifelong tools for resilience and emotional well-being.
Behind the Practice
Although I now call Maryland home, my roots are in Pennsylvania, where I grew up as the oldest of six children. That early role helped shape my deep commitment to nurturing connection and encouraging growth in children and adolescents. These formative experiences inspired my ongoing dedication to supporting emotional wellness and resilience in young people.
Outside of my professional work, I find joy in spending time with my husband, three kids, and family, walking and playing with our lively boxer, staying active through exercise, diving into a good book, and cheering on my kids and favorite teams at sporting events.
