Sage and Stone Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider. Clients have several options for payment and insurance reimbursement:

• Thrizer Billing Partner: Submit your insurance information through Thrizer, a trusted billing service I am partnered with. After each session, you’ll pay only what you owe up front. Thrizer will determine your benefits and handle submission on your behalf.

• Superbill Reimbursement: You may choose to pay in full at the time of your session. I will provide you with a detailed “Superbill,” which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Please review your individual plan or contact your insurance company for specifics on your benefit details.

• Private Pay: You are welcome to pay out of pocket, without involving insurance.
